Know exactly how much gas you have. To the litre, live.
We supply a telemetry module and a platform that show three concrete readings: fill level, flow and consumption. From cylinders, bundles, tanks and dedicated installations — all in one place.
One measurement — three answers.
We measure cylinder pressure with pressure-to-current transmitters and calculate: how much gas is left, how fast it is being used and how much was consumed over a given period.
Fill level
How much is actually left in the cylinder, bundle or tank. Read in percent or mass units — no manual checks and no surprises at the end of a shift.
Flow
Instantaneous gas draw in real time. You see when the installation is running and when it is idle — and whether flow stays within the set thresholds.
Consumption
How much gas you really use — between tank refills and cylinder swaps. We count refill data daily and monthly.
Four kinds of assets. One platform.
Our telemetry focuses on gas in its typical storage and distribution forms — but the module will handle any asset that provides a measurement signal.
Cylinders
Single cylinders of industrial, food-grade or medical gas — with a live status reading.
Bundles
Cylinder bundles and packs treated as a single asset — total stock and draw in real time.
Tanks
Stationary LPG and industrial gas tanks — level and consumption without site walk-arounds.
Dedicated installations
Custom process setups and site-specific installations — telemetry tailored to fit.
From the sensor, through the module, to your screen.
Sensor
By default we read data over a 4–20 mA current loop — a standard that works with almost any sensor or transmitter. We can also acquire data via Modbus RTU.
4–20 mAModbus RTUF = A·I + BK8 module
The module calibrates, scales and forwards data — from eight channels at once. The isolated RS-485 bus plugs it into your existing automation.

Data goes to the cloud and the app — the recommended mode of operation. Local viewing over WiFi is possible, but we treat it as a fallback.

The K8 telemetry module.
We design our own hardware. One module, eight measurement channels and a full set of interfaces — from a local alarm to the cloud.
K8 telemetry module
An eight-channel module for monitoring and acquiring process data in industrial installations. LTE and WiFi connectivity, isolated Modbus, and an NFC reader to authorise operations on site.
- 8 × 4–20 mA measurement channels
- WiFi (AP/STA)
- LTE Cat 1 + mesh
- Modbus RTU (RS-485), galvanically isolated
- Bistable (latching) relay
- Alarm output, 24 V DC
- NFC reader
- 1.5 kW ESD protection
- 24 V DC power supply

Configure locally. Monitor in the cloud.
The free app is your configuration and service tool. The cloud adds history, visualisation and teamwork.
Live visualisation
Fill level and flow updated in real time.
Consumption history
A complete daily and hourly record of collected data.
Team & access
User management and shared access to devices.
NFC logging
Checks based on staff and service technicians’ NFC cards — straight from the reader in the module.
PUSH / SMS alerts
In-app, push and SMS notifications based on rules you define.
Multiple devices
Track many modules within a single account.

One device is just the start. Connect them into a network.
Modules don’t work in isolation — WiFi (internal network) and LTE (cloud) are always available, and Modbus runs in one of two modes: master or slave.
WiFi — internal network
Always available. Modules talk to each other over WiFi (mesh), exchanging data locally — no extra cabling.
LTE — the path to the cloud
Always available. Data is collected locally in the network and sent to the cloud by one module — the gateway — over LTE. It is the only way data leaves the site, independent of local infrastructure.
Modbus — master or slave
The Modbus RTU bus (RS-485, galvanically isolated) runs in one of two modes. As master, the module polls other devices itself — e.g. reads a flow meter. As slave, it serves its own data to a supervisory system that reads it — SCADA or PLC.

Local display.
An internal touchscreen, mounted on site, showing the installation status — no phone and no internet needed. It connects to the modules by radio or by wire.
Wireless
The display connects to the modules wirelessly over the local WiFi network — no new cabling required.
Wired
Where radio can’t reach or isn’t wanted — a stable cable connection, immune to interference.
Many transmitters on one screen
One display collects readings from many transmitters and modules at once. Every cylinder, bundle or tank gets its own gauge and current pressure.
Local alarm for free. Cloud by subscription.
- 4–20 mA channel calibration
- Signal mapping and F = A·I + B coefficients
- Diagnostics and service processes (NFC)
- Interface and local function configuration
- Local view on 4″/7″ displays over WiFi
- Consumption history and live visualisation
- Daily and hourly data records
- Team, access and multiple devices
- PUSH / SMS / in-app notifications
- NFC card-based inspection logs
You can also view data locally — on a 4″ or 7″ display over WiFi, without the cloud. This is, however, a fallback mode: full history, alerts and visualisation come only with the cloud.
Telemetry ready to work — installation included.
Devices are only half the job. Design and installation of the gas system are handled by our partner — Air2Gas, a company specialising in industrial and specialty gas installations.
Let’s try it on your site.
We’ll show you the K8 module in action and work out how many cylinders, bundles or tanks one installation can cover. Your first month of cloud is free.
